# Buzz vs findfun

The clearest difference is ads: Buzz at none against findfun's shown. Buzz also leads on ratings volume (1.5K vs 6). findfun's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Buzz sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and findfun sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

findfun holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Buzz has 1.5K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Buzz ships an update every 3 weeks, findfun monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
