# Buzz vs City Loop App

The clearest difference is rating: City Loop App at 5.0 against Buzz's 4.4. City Loop App also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10). Buzz's advantage is ratings volume (1.5K vs 3) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Buzz sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. City Loop App asks for nothing beyond the download.

City Loop App holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Buzz has 1.5K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Buzz ships an update every 3 weeks, City Loop App every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 15, 2026.
