# Programme TV Sport vs FootToWatch

The clearest difference is update cadence: FootToWatch at every 2 months against Programme TV Sport's every 10 months. FootToWatch also leads on review sentiment (80% vs 70%). Programme TV Sport's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Programme TV Sport sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and FootToWatch sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Programme TV Sport holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 10 and 9 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of Programme TV Sport's written reviews are positive against 80% of FootToWatch's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Programme TV Sport ships an update every 10 months, FootToWatch every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
