# Time vs Simple Dilution Calculator

The clearest difference is rating: Time at 4.8 against Simple Dilution Calculator's 3.0. Time also leads on ratings volume (362 vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months). Simple Dilution Calculator's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 6) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.6). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Time sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Simple Dilution Calculator asks for nothing beyond the download.

Time holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Time has 362 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of Time's written reviews are positive against 78% of Simple Dilution Calculator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Time ships an update every 2 months, Simple Dilution Calculator every 6 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
