# Clorox Pool vs Halo Collar

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Halo Collar at 70% against Clorox Pool's 14%. Halo Collar also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Clorox Pool's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Clorox Pool holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 29K and 9.6K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of Clorox Pool's written reviews are positive against 70% of Halo Collar's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Clorox Pool ships an update every 2 months, Halo Collar every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
