# Yandex ID vs Фарма Сканер

The clearest difference is update cadence: Yandex ID at fortnightly against Фарма Сканер's every 5 months. Yandex ID also leads on ratings volume (327 vs 3) and review sentiment (30% vs 14%). Фарма Сканер's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Фарма Сканер holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Yandex ID has 327 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 30% of Yandex ID's written reviews are positive against 14% of Фарма Сканер's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Yandex ID ships an update fortnightly, Фарма Сканер every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
