The clearest difference is review sentiment: Pepi Bath 2 at 80% against Crayola Scribble Scrubbie Pets's 48%. Pepi Bath 2 also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15). Crayola Scribble Scrubbie Pets's advantage is ratings volume (30K vs 68) and rating (4.5 vs 4.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pepi Bath 2 sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Crayola Scribble Scrubbie Pets sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
