# Intervals Pro vs Intervals Pro

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Intervals Pro at 14K against Intervals Pro's 34. Intervals Pro also leads on review sentiment (85% vs 74%). Intervals Pro's advantage is device support (5 vs 3) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.5). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Intervals Pro sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Intervals Pro sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Intervals Pro against 4.7 for Intervals Pro. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Intervals Pro has 14K ratings behind it against 34, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 85% of Intervals Pro's written reviews are positive against 74% of Intervals Pro's.

Intervals Pro ships an update weekly, Intervals Pro every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
