# Intervals Pro vs IntervalBeats

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: IntervalBeats at none against Intervals Pro's 8. IntervalBeats also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.5). Intervals Pro's advantage is ratings volume (14K vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Intervals Pro sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. IntervalBeats asks for nothing beyond the download.

IntervalBeats holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Intervals Pro has 14K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Intervals Pro ships an update weekly, IntervalBeats every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on November 5, 2026.
