# Tally vs Tally

The clearest difference is rating: Tally at 4.6 against Tally's 2.3. Tally also leads on ratings volume (1.8K vs 3). Tally's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 61%) and in-app purchases (none vs 3). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tally sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year. Tally asks for nothing beyond the download.

Tally holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tally has 1.8K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 61% of Tally's written reviews are positive against 100% of Tally's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
