# Tally vs O

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: O at none against Tally's 3. O also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.5). Tally's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tally sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year. O asks for nothing beyond the download.

Tally ships an update fortnightly, O every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
