# 360 Smart Camera vs Netcam

The clearest difference is rating: Netcam at 5.0 against 360 Smart Camera's 3.3. Netcam also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). 360 Smart Camera's advantage is review sentiment (26% vs 0%) and ratings volume (364 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 360 Smart Camera sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Netcam sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Netcam holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 360 Smart Camera has 364 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 26% of 360 Smart Camera's written reviews are positive against 0% of Netcam's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

360 Smart Camera ships an update every 6 weeks, Netcam every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
