# Custom Rocket vs Space Frontier 2

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Custom Rocket at 92% against Space Frontier 2's 39%. Custom Rocket also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ads (none vs shown). Space Frontier 2's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 3.3) and ratings volume (47K vs 3). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Space Frontier 2 sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Custom Rocket asks for nothing beyond the download.

Space Frontier 2 holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Space Frontier 2 has 47K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 92% of Custom Rocket's written reviews are positive against 39% of Space Frontier 2's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
