# Custom Rocket vs Moon Pioneer

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Custom Rocket at 92% against Moon Pioneer's 23%. Custom Rocket also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 16) and ads (none vs shown). Moon Pioneer's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 3.3) and ratings volume (36K vs 3). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Moon Pioneer sells 16 one-off in-app purchases. Custom Rocket asks for nothing beyond the download.

Moon Pioneer holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Moon Pioneer has 36K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 92% of Custom Rocket's written reviews are positive against 23% of Moon Pioneer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
