# KiSSFLOW vs Microsoft Planner

The clearest difference is rating: Microsoft Planner at 4.6 against KiSSFLOW's 3.4. Microsoft Planner also leads on ratings volume (13K vs 5) and review sentiment (29% vs 20%). KiSSFLOW's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Microsoft Planner holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Microsoft Planner has 13K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 20% of KiSSFLOW's written reviews are positive against 29% of Microsoft Planner's.

KiSSFLOW ships an update every 3 weeks, Microsoft Planner every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
