# MsgSecret vs Coo

The clearest difference is ads: MsgSecret at none against Coo's shown. Coo's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 6 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MsgSecret sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Coo sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MsgSecret ships an update every 6 months, Coo every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
