# SYMA FPV vs SYMA PRO

The clearest difference is rating: SYMA PRO at 4.0 against SYMA FPV's 3.2. SYMA PRO also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 months). SYMA FPV's advantage is ratings volume (202 vs 6) and review sentiment (39% vs 29%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SYMA PRO holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SYMA FPV has 202 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of SYMA FPV's written reviews are positive against 29% of SYMA PRO's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SYMA FPV ships an update every 5 months, SYMA PRO fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
