# Tandem vs Mi Robot Builder Global

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Mi Robot Builder Global at none against Tandem's 14. Mi Robot Builder Global also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Tandem's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (38K vs 5). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tandem sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Mi Robot Builder Global asks for nothing beyond the download.

Mi Robot Builder Global holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tandem has 38K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of Tandem's written reviews are positive against 25% of Mi Robot Builder Global's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Tandem ships an update every 6 days, Mi Robot Builder Global every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
