# Super Waves vs The Lost Shield

The clearest difference is price: Super Waves at Free against The Lost Shield's $1.99. Super Waves also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 7 months) and review sentiment (75% vs 65%). The Lost Shield's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.4 vs 4.1). On ratings volume, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Super Waves is free to download; The Lost Shield costs $1.99 up front. Super Waves sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and The Lost Shield sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
