# iris GO vs Planeta plus

The clearest difference is ratings volume: iris GO at 66 against Planeta plus's 4. iris GO also leads on review sentiment (10% vs 0%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Planeta plus holds the better App Store score, 2.0 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iris GO has 66 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 10% of iris GO's written reviews are positive against 0% of Planeta plus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iris GO ships an update every 2 months, Planeta plus every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and September 22, 2026 respectively.
