# Técnico Lisboa vs YPT

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Técnico Lisboa at none against YPT's 8. YPT's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (1.8K vs 15). On price, rating and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. YPT sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Técnico Lisboa asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Técnico Lisboa against 4.7 for YPT. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: YPT has 1.8K ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Técnico Lisboa ships an update every 3 months, YPT every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
