# Star Wars vs Predator Viewer

The clearest difference is price: Star Wars at Free against Predator Viewer's $1.99. Star Wars also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 12 months) and ratings volume (2K vs 52). Predator Viewer's advantage is iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). On rating, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Star Wars is free to download; Predator Viewer costs $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.4 for Star Wars against 4.3 for Predator Viewer. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Star Wars has 2K ratings behind it against 52, so its average is the more settled of the two. Star Wars ships an update every 2 months, Predator Viewer every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
