# Star Wars vs DialVision

The clearest difference is update cadence: Star Wars at every 2 months against DialVision's every 37 months. Star Wars also leads on rating (4.4 vs 4.1) and ratings volume (2K vs 43). DialVision's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Star Wars holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Star Wars has 2K ratings behind it against 43, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 66% of Star Wars's written reviews are positive against 65% of DialVision's.

Star Wars ships an update every 2 months, DialVision every 37 months. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 15, 2026 respectively.
