# WordBoard vs Search & Wiki Paste Keyboard

The clearest difference is update cadence: Search & Wiki Paste Keyboard at every 2 days against WordBoard's every 3 weeks. Search & Wiki Paste Keyboard also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 77%) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). WordBoard's advantage is ratings volume (5.6K vs 39). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WordBoard sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Search & Wiki Paste Keyboard sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

WordBoard holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WordBoard has 5.6K ratings behind it against 39, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of WordBoard's written reviews are positive against 100% of Search & Wiki Paste Keyboard's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

WordBoard ships an update every 3 weeks, Search & Wiki Paste Keyboard every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
