# Adif vs Vive Alacant

The clearest difference is update cadence: Vive Alacant at every 4 days against Adif's every 4 months. Adif's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Adif ships an update every 4 months, Vive Alacant every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
