# YidKit vs Prayer Prep

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Prayer Prep at none against YidKit's 7. Prayer Prep also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 17.0). YidKit's advantage is ratings volume (1.5K vs 13). On price, rating, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. YidKit sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Prayer Prep asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for YidKit against 5.0 for Prayer Prep. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: YidKit has 1.5K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 93% of YidKit's written reviews are positive against 100% of Prayer Prep's.
