# Metro Timer vs StrackaLine

The clearest difference is rating: StrackaLine at 3.2 against Metro Timer's 1.8. Metro Timer's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (54% vs 22%). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

StrackaLine holds the better App Store score, 3.2 against 1.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 11 and 12 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 54% of Metro Timer's written reviews are positive against 22% of StrackaLine's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
