# Metro Timer vs TrackMan Golf Pro

The clearest difference is rating: TrackMan Golf Pro at 3.9 against Metro Timer's 1.8. Metro Timer's advantage is review sentiment (54% vs 27%) and iOS requirement (6.0 vs 18.6). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TrackMan Golf Pro holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 1.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 11 and 24 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 54% of Metro Timer's written reviews are positive against 27% of TrackMan Golf Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
