# Transpais vs Primera Plus

Transpais and Primera Plus both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 49% of Primera Plus's written reviews are positive against 6% of Transpais's. Primera Plus also leads on ratings volume (2.1K vs 151). Transpais's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Transpais against 4.8 for Primera Plus. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Primera Plus has 2.1K ratings behind it against 151, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 6% of Transpais's written reviews are positive against 49% of Primera Plus's.

Transpais ships an update fortnightly, Primera Plus every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
