The clearest difference is price: Autonomous at Free against Streaks's $5.99. Autonomous also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). Streaks's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 3.8) and in-app purchases (none vs 1). On ads there is nothing between them.

Autonomous is free to download; Streaks costs $5.99 up front. Autonomous sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month. Streaks asks for nothing beyond the download.
