# Simplilearn vs Prepp

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Prepp at 80% against Simplilearn's 42%. Prepp also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.3). Simplilearn's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Simplilearn sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Prepp sells 16 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Prepp holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Simplilearn has 1.1K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 42% of Simplilearn's written reviews are positive against 80% of Prepp's.

Simplilearn ships an update monthly, Prepp every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
