# Membit vs Leo AR Camera

Membit and Leo AR Camera both sit at 4.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Membit's written reviews are positive against 44% of Leo AR Camera's. Membit also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 5) and ads (none vs shown). Leo AR Camera's advantage is ratings volume (2.9K vs 17). On price, rating, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Leo AR Camera sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Membit asks for nothing beyond the download.

Leo AR Camera holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Leo AR Camera has 2.9K ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Membit's written reviews are positive against 44% of Leo AR Camera's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Membit ships an update every 5 weeks, Leo AR Camera every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
