# Week Counter vs Current Week

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Current Week at 100% against Week Counter's 0%. Week Counter's advantage is rating (3.7 vs 3.0) and in-app purchases (none vs 1). On price, ratings volume and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Current Week sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Week Counter asks for nothing beyond the download.

Week Counter holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Week Counter's written reviews are positive against 100% of Current Week's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Week Counter ships an update every 2 weeks, Current Week every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on September 18, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
