# Papers.co Wallpaper vs HD Wallpapers Batman Edition

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: HD Wallpapers Batman Edition at 8.0 against Papers.co Wallpaper's 17.0. On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Papers.co Wallpaper sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and HD Wallpapers Batman Edition sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Papers.co Wallpaper holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2.9K and 2.5K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 91% of Papers.co Wallpaper's written reviews are positive against 93% of HD Wallpapers Batman Edition's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Papers.co Wallpaper ships an update every 5 weeks, HD Wallpapers Batman Edition every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
