# Egg Timer Plus vs Chef Timer

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Egg Timer Plus at 86% against Chef Timer's 0%. Egg Timer Plus also leads on price (Free vs $1.99) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 13 months). Chef Timer's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
