# Yacht Week vs Evening Shuttle

The clearest difference is rating: Evening Shuttle at 4.6 against Yacht Week's 2.3. Evening Shuttle also leads on ratings volume (496 vs 32). Yacht Week's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Evening Shuttle holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Evening Shuttle has 496 ratings behind it against 32, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of Yacht Week's written reviews are positive against 8% of Evening Shuttle's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Yacht Week ships an update fortnightly, Evening Shuttle every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
