# Notezilla vs Onlynote

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Notezilla at none against Onlynote's 1. Notezilla also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (12.2 vs 15.0). Onlynote's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.4). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Onlynote sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Notezilla asks for nothing beyond the download.

Onlynote holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 73 and 93 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of Notezilla's written reviews are positive against 75% of Onlynote's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
