# Countdown vs ApCalendar

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: ApCalendar at none against Countdown's 1. ApCalendar also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). Countdown's advantage is ratings volume (162 vs 1) and device support (4 vs 2). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Countdown sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. ApCalendar asks for nothing beyond the download.

ApCalendar holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Countdown has 162 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
