# Funnel vs Pods

Funnel and Pods both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 52% of Funnel's written reviews are positive against 28% of Pods's. Funnel also leads on ratings volume (1.3K vs 345) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Pods's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Funnel sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Pods sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Funnel against 4.5 for Pods. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1.3K and 345 respectively. Written reviews are what separate them: 52% of Funnel's written reviews are positive against 28% of Pods's.

Funnel ships an update every 5 weeks, Pods every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
