# Dynamic Geometry Sketch Pad vs GeoGebra Geometry

The clearest difference is rating: GeoGebra Geometry at 4.0 against Dynamic Geometry Sketch Pad's 2.4. GeoGebra Geometry also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). Dynamic Geometry Sketch Pad's advantage is iOS requirement (8.0 vs 16.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dynamic Geometry Sketch Pad sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. GeoGebra Geometry asks for nothing beyond the download.

GeoGebra Geometry holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GeoGebra Geometry has 75 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 50% of Dynamic Geometry Sketch Pad's written reviews are positive against 55% of GeoGebra Geometry's.
