# Gravitus vs EVOLUTION 3

The clearest difference is monetization model: Gravitus at freemium against EVOLUTION 3's subscription. Gravitus also leads on ratings volume (3.3K vs 238) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 weeks). EVOLUTION 3's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gravitus sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and EVOLUTION 3 sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Gravitus against 4.7 for EVOLUTION 3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gravitus has 3.3K ratings behind it against 238, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 80% of Gravitus's written reviews are positive against 76% of EVOLUTION 3's.

Gravitus ships an update every 10 days, EVOLUTION 3 every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on September 29, 2026.
