# Focus To vs Sit Still

The clearest difference is rating: Focus To at 4.8 against Sit Still's 4.0. Focus To also leads on ratings volume (15K vs 1) and device support (4 vs 1). Sit Still's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 5 weeks) and review sentiment (100% vs 80%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus To sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Sit Still sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focus To holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Focus To has 15K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Focus To's written reviews are positive against 100% of Sit Still's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Focus To ships an update every 5 weeks, Sit Still every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
