# HomeExchange vs behomm

The clearest difference is monetization model: HomeExchange at free with in-app purchases against behomm's subscription. HomeExchange also leads on ratings volume (3.6K vs 5) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 5 weeks). behomm's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 74%). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

behomm holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HomeExchange has 3.6K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 74% of HomeExchange's written reviews are positive against 100% of behomm's.

HomeExchange ships an update every 8 days, behomm every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
