# 即刻App vs BYR BBS

The clearest difference is rating: 即刻App at 4.6 against BYR BBS's 3.9. 即刻App also leads on ratings volume (2.2K vs 8). BYR BBS's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 61%) and in-app purchases (none vs 16). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 即刻App sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. BYR BBS asks for nothing beyond the download.

即刻App holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 即刻App has 2.2K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 61% of 即刻App's written reviews are positive against 100% of BYR BBS's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

即刻App ships an update every 6 weeks, BYR BBS every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
