# 即刻App vs Tara

The clearest difference is rating: 即刻App at 4.6 against Tara's 4.0. 即刻App also leads on ratings volume (2.2K vs 4) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). Tara's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 16) and review sentiment (93% vs 61%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 即刻App sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Tara asks for nothing beyond the download.

即刻App holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 即刻App has 2.2K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 61% of 即刻App's written reviews are positive against 93% of Tara's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

即刻App ships an update every 6 weeks, Tara every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
