# Claytarget Edition vs ShootSheet

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ShootSheet at 100% against Claytarget Edition's 16%. Claytarget Edition's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Claytarget Edition sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $24.99 per year and ShootSheet sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Claytarget Edition ships an update every 2 months, ShootSheet every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
