# The Absolute Sound vs Relationship Code

The clearest difference is update cadence: Relationship Code at every 8 days against The Absolute Sound's every 4 months. The Absolute Sound's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. The Absolute Sound sells 50 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year and Relationship Code sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

The Absolute Sound ships an update every 4 months, Relationship Code every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
