# Zaro's vs Cool Sips

The clearest difference is ads: Zaro's at none against Cool Sips's shown. Zaro's also leads on ratings volume (339 vs 28) and device support (3 vs 1). Cool Sips's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Zaro's against 4.8 for Cool Sips. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Zaro's has 339 ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and September 16, 2026 respectively.
