# Medirota vs eAttendance+

The clearest difference is update cadence: eAttendance+ at every 5 weeks against Medirota's every 3 months. eAttendance+ also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Medirota ships an update every 3 months, eAttendance+ every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
