# Vertical Check Camera vs Binoculars

The clearest difference is rating: Vertical Check Camera at 4.5 against Binoculars's 4.0. Vertical Check Camera also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). Binoculars's advantage is ratings volume (6.9K vs 12). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Vertical Check Camera sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Binoculars sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Vertical Check Camera holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Binoculars has 6.9K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Vertical Check Camera ships an update every 3 weeks, Binoculars every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
